Returns and Exchanges

At CARICON, each purchase supports our mission to empower Caribbean voices through culture and literature. While most of our items are made to order, we want you to love what you receive!

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on non-custom, unused, and unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

- Item must be in original condition

- Tags must still be attached (if applicable)

- You must have proof of purchase

To start a return, please email us at support@cari-con.org with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer size exchanges for apparel if the requested size is in stock.

- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

- We will ship your new item once the original is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

- Custom or personalized items

- Discounted or clearance merchandise

- Stickers, pins, and other small accessories

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the approval status. If approved:

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

- Processing time may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
